I live by the belief that true change is rooted in community. Not in titles, trends, or lone acts of brilliance but in people coming together, with all their imperfections, to shape something greater than themselves. I don’t believe in waiting for perfect conditions. I believe in starting with what’s in our hands and trusting that small, consistent acts, especially when done together, carry the power to shift entire systems. At my core, I believe that if we plant seeds in people—knowledge, dignity, hope—then we don’t just grow projects, we grow resilience. And from resilience, we grow futures.
