RCNC’s Legacy of Leadership and Service

Building Tomorrow’s Leaders Since 1977

The Rotaract Club of Nairobi Central stands as a testament to visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to community service. Chartered in the Rotary Year 1977/78, our club was born from the vision of founding father Rtn. Mike Eldon, who recognized the immense potential of young professionals in shaping Kenya’s future. Our distinguished heritage runs deep through Kenya’s social and political landscape. We are proudly sponsored by the Rotary Club of Nairobi—the oldest Rotary club in Eastern and Central Africa and the third oldest on the continent.

RCNC’s Founding Members

Our club’s foundation was built by remarkable individuals who would go on to shape Kenya’s destiny. Among our founding charter members were renowned lawyer and Rotarian Stephen Mwenesi and Kenya’s former Vice President, the Honorable Kalonzo Musyoka. Their early involvement speaks to the caliber of leadership our club has always attracted and nurtured.
